Builder's Display Seaford Heights

One of our latest projects for Dechellis Homes, the Marino is an inspiring light filled home. The cool white tones adopted in fittings throughout have been accented beautifully with touches of bronze in the tapware and door furniture. This style was carried through to the kitchen in fluted cabinetry panels adding a classic touch to this contemporary home. The Dechellis design team were clear with their brief for this project.. white on white. Our selection process began by identifying the two clear living spaces then widening one by visually drawing it out to the hallway space with furniture and wall lighting. White Slimline drop pendants were selected for the entry and family room, continuing the monochromatic theme. Conscious of the simple colour palette, we introduced texture in furniture and fabrics, starting with boucle and linens. From chalk and winter white complemented by the softest greys we created a wonderfully calming space with a touch of luxe. A balance of design elements from the cabinetry to the sheer drapes softly drawn as a backdrop, to the smallest finishing touches have all contributed to make this home a standout. Our long term relationship with Dechellis Homes has allowed us to work together harmoniously with the same vision and creating award winning display homes fit for every family.
