Builder's Display Kensington Signature

Our team at Zest Living enjoyed the collaborative process with Normus Homes that produced this prominent display home in Kensington. With the opportunity to be a part of the whole home process, it was a pleasure to work on The Luxe and its sister home next door from the ground up right through to the finishing touches.

Custom cabinetry and stone take centre stage in the hub of the home, highlighting the bespoke fireplace and feature kitchen island with intricate detail. Fluted glass is showcased both downstairs and up, most notably in the stunning upstairs bath.

Meanwhile, our choice of soft brass and bronze accent hardware throughout set off the smoky tobacco tones.

A touch of linen in the window treatments highlights the use of natural finishes throughout, while the choice of drapes echo the feature curved walls that set this home apart.

It was a pleasure for the team at Zest to top off this project by selecting furnishings and accessories that do justice to the sophisticated surroundings. We focused on sumptuous fabrics, bold accents and elegant lines to create a fitting overlay of comfort and luxurious style, culminating in an elegantly contemporary haven.
