Builder's Display St Peters

Regent Homes recently set a new standard for elegance and warmth with their St Peters display home. The clever floorplan makes indoor-outdoor living an easy default, with beautiful stone and strong timber highlights linking the areas effortlessly.

Our designers enhanced the builder’s vision by extending our design conception of refined modern luxury outward into the green spaces. From the mid-century inspired cabinetry to the soft curves of the interior walls, we had a lot to inspire our team as we brought these spaces to life.

The palette of earthy tones and natural finishes including refined venetian plaster accents was a beautiful base onto which we could layer plush comfort and splashes of colour — the latter showcased particularly by bespoke artwork we commissioned from Emma Street Studio.

Our locally made custom designed sofa highlights the forest tones in the sophisticated marble accents, while the fusion of comfort and refinement gives the living areas an everyday luxury appeal.

With its focus on beauty, quality and nods to vintage elegance, adding our layers of warmth and interest to the St Peter’s display was a genuine pleasure to the team at Zest.
